Reality Beyond Duality
Energy follows thought
And thoughts create your perception
Of yourself
In relation to your perception
Of reality
And when you disidentify from those thoughts
And reexperience the world
Without the filter of past conditioning
You begin to discover the absolute reality
Behind the relative one
Energy follows thought
And when your thoughts are based in duality
You may accomplish what you set out to do
But you’re destined to suffer
In spite of those achievements
The laws of duality require
That with every problem comes a solution
And with every solution comes a problem
Energy follows thought
But there’s a dimension beyond thought
That exists outside of the realm of duality
And if you can tap into that energy
Directly from the source
Then a shift occurs
And thought will follow energy
It is a pure energy
Untainted by past conditioning
And it will infuse your activities
With an element of pure creative intention
Which makes each moment
One of intense quality
And then with anything you put your attention on
You become an instrument
For creating heaven on earth
Even if what it is you are doing
Is simply breathing
My Worst Enemy
So often I judge myself harshly:
It’s a fact that stifles my creativity
And destines me to a longer journey
Because I am restraining life.
I do this because maybe:
I’m not good or
I don’t have the resources or
I don’t know how or
I don’t know the right people or
I won’t succeed or
Others won’t get it or
It’s been done before or
Someone else can do it better
So I don’t try.
It’s not the world that’s stopping me:
It’s me.
Reflection
Where I am whole, you are whole too
We are different aspects of the same one life.
When we meet here in this place
We see our own reflection.
